About the only changes I'd make is that I'd have the small front and back walls non-folding and just have their outside edges slide in along the inside face of the outer wall when the whole thing folded up. Imagine, if you will, a house of whatever size. Mansion, villa, cabin, tent. Place it in the middle of a large-ish flat, well-tended green lawn - something roughly circular and the size of a local sporting oval will do nicely.
